GEMEX oil immersed starters offer reliable motor protection against overloads and under voltage.

Contacts:
The contacts are immersed in oil bath which enables smooth and cool operation thus offering long life. The contacts made up of Electrolytic copper and brass are suited for vigorous duty. Wear and tear of the contacts are less, compared to air break starters, enhancing the life of the starters.

Overload Relay:
Overload relay is of oil dash pot, time tag type offering precise protection. The magnetic oil dashpot overload relay is used for various current settings. The range of the overload relay is kept at -10 to +15% of the rated full load current. The oil dashpot overload offers significant protection against single phasing in a remarkably shorter time without nuisance tripping at rated load.

Solenoid Coil:
The NO VOLT coil present in the magnetic system and the over load coil used in the oil dashpot system are machine wound and tested to withstand very high fluctuation in voltage with minimum current consumption.
            The wide band coil enables the starter to pick up and run smoothly even at very low voltage conditions.
