GEMEX MG type DOL starter has manually operated push buttons with specially designed bimetal elements to give complete protection to motors against overload.

Contacts:

• The Starter mechanism is quick break and trip  free mechanism.
• Contacts are made of antiweld silver cadmium oxide.

Overload Relay:

• It is triple pole bimetallic thermal overload relay.
• It is of hand reset type.
• Bimetallic elements are accurately calibrated with ambient temperature compensation for overload protection.

Coil:

The coil is machine wound and baked after vacuum impregnation. It operates on wider band width.
